How we handle new case submissions

Every submission is reviewed by an investigator. We look at the platforms involved, the amounts at risk, and the evidence you can provide before confirming whether a formal investigation can proceed.

No upfront “recovery fees”.
We will never ask for remote access or security codes.
You will receive written confirmation if your case is accepted.

What to include in your summary

It is helpful if you briefly cover:

Which platforms, brokers, or wallets were involved.
Approximate total amount at risk (in USD or crypto).
Key dates, and what you were told or shown at each stage.

After you submit

You will receive an acknowledgement email at the address you provide. If we need clarification, we will respond using your preferred contact method.

Phone conversations are scheduled only once a case and its supporting evidence have been verified. Before that point, you can always reach us through the website chat app or WhatsApp tab shown on this site.
