What happened
A Houston client came to me after Nippytrade locked his account behind an endless sequence of release fees. Each time he paid one, another appeared — a ‘liquidity’ charge, then a ‘tax’, then an ‘insurance’ deposit. By the time he stopped he had sent $76,000 across cards and crypto. My full Nippytrade dossier documents the same playbook.
What I did
I built the case on two fronts. The card payments went straight into evidenced chargeback claims inside the windows that still applied. The crypto deposits I followed on-chain to two off-ramp wallets, one of which still held a meaningful balance at a compliant exchange — and that is where the freeze landed.
